Minnesota Vikings tackle Brian O’Neill left Saturday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers after an ugly blind-side block by Nick Bosa.
The 49ers had just intercepted Minnesota quarterback Kirk Cousins, and the return was in progress when Bosa took O’Neill out with a nasty hit. O’Neill stayed down and had to be taken to the locker room to be checked for a concussion.

The hit infuriated Vikings players, who confronted Bosa and other 49ers players afterward.
The #Vikings are livid about Nick Bosa decleating Brian O'Neill after the interception. Multiple players yelling at the #49ers. Bosa flagged and there will be surely a fine coming, too. O'Neill left under own power.

The Vikings have a right to be unhappy. Bosa’s hit was unnecessary and dangerous, and it’ll likely cost him. It likely ensures a second week of discussion over the dirtiness of a hit in the playoffs, too.
